Place Vanier

A limited number of rooms has been set aside for TSI2020 participants at the UBC Place Vanier Residences on the UBC campus. The Place Vanier Residences are only a 20 minute walk from TRIUMF.

 

Place Vanier is made up of a mixture of single and double or triple rooms, with shared washrooms.


Room rates: $54/night shared accommodations

 

For the duration of the school (13 nights) - arrival August 2, 2020 - departure Aug 15, 2020 will be a cost of accommodations will be $702.00. This includes wired* internet access in the room, as well as all taxes and fees.

 

Room bookings will be made and paid for through the registration system after acceptance to TSI2020.

 

Attendees may request additional days before or after the school dates to accommodate travel plans.

 

*wired internet will require you to bring your own ethernet cable, or purchase one from Place Vanier.
