The participation in the TRIUMF Summer Institute 2017 is free for accepted participants. Please note that the number of participants will be limited to 40. Accommodation booking and payment will be part of the registration process. The application for the TSI2017 will be open from January 9th until March 5th, 2017. As part of the application process, a letter of reference is required for some participants. This letter should not be older than 6 months and must be from the present supervisor under which the student/ postdoc is working. Note that we do not require letters of reference for applicants from JINA-CEE institutions, Canadian Universities, and TRIUMF (but please provide the contact details of your supervisor for inquiries). Please fill out the application form and ask your supervisor to send a reference letter in PDF format to tsi(at)triumf(dot)ca by March 5th. Successful applicants will be informed by March 15, 2017 and can proceed to the full registration. For students from countries that require invitation letters for a visa application, please note that we cannot issue anything unless you have paid the full accomodation fee.
